Adam has been a full-time real estate entrepreneur for almost a decade. He started his real

estate investing journey in single-family fix and flips and rentals. Adam is a partner and serves as the Visionary in a real estate business in Philadelphia, PA that buys and sells property. His team has successfully completed over 100 deals. During those early years in real estate, Adam built a rental portfolio of 18 doors.

That experience helped him realize that small rental real estate was not the path to passive income and financial freedom. This truth led him to large multifamily apartments and the syndication model which has changed his life. He and his team have now been in the multifamily apartment space for going on four years and have

been involved in 5 deals totaling over 500 units. Adam’s success led him to be featured in the Top 100 People in Real Estate Magazine 2021 edition.
